DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Enrollment

• Enrollment application and acceptance. 
• Cumulative record and folder creation. 
• Retrieval of prior school records. 
• Transcript maintenance 

Assessment / Evaluation

• New students are administered assessment tests in Language Arts, Spelling, Vocabulary, and Math. This is followed by an evaluation of  the test results. 
• Curriculum recommendations are made to parents. 

Program of Instruction

• Textbooks from state textbook adoption lists are mailed to your residence  
• Parents are given a complete list of learner objectives for each subject. 
• Students perform work from textbooks in 4 Quarterly Units (10 Weeks). 
• Parents monitor student's time spent on instructional activities AND score work assignments and weekly tests using on-line answer guides. Note: "Graded" students work is u[ploaded to the web site to be graded by the teachers and /or staff. 
• Students log their daily instructional activities and check in daily with on-line instructors. (Approximately 4 hours per day on average)
• Parent-Graded written assignments and weekly tests for ten week periods are returned to IHS via U.S. Mail. (Chino Valley Address) 
• On line quarterly exams are administrated in each subject and are electronically graded. 
• Quarterly Grade Results posted in on line gradebook. 
• New 10 week units are assigned to student based on student performance. 
• Curriculum is supported by subject-oriented WEB SITE activities and Direct On-Line Instruction.
